The Work

If you like being out on the road more than sitting at a desk, this is the job for you. You’ll drive a company truck across the Rochester area, taking care of the job sites, events, and communities that rely on us every day. The work is active and hands-on — and at the end of each shift, you’ll know you made a difference.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided truck throughout the Rochester service area
• Deliver, service, clean, restock, and pick up portable restroom units on your route
• Handle basic field repairs and keep equipment in good shape
• Run your route efficiently with a good amount of independence
• Represent On Site with friendliness and professionalism at every stop

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License (No CDL!) | 21+
• Available from 5:30am; flexible for OT & weekends
• Able to obtain DOT medical card

Physical Requirements

• Enter/exit trucks 30–60x/day
• Drive 5+ hrs/day on varied terrain in all weather
• Lift up to 100 lbs regularly, 140 lbs occasionally
• Full range of motion: reach, bend, squat, kneel, push/pull
