Position Summary:
The Business Development Coordinator will assist in driving On Site Companies’ growth by identifying new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships and expanding the company’s market presence. They will partner with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience teams to drive measurable results and improve On Site’s profitability and competitive position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate On Site Companies’ core values at all times
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends and potential competitors
- Analyze market data to develop strategic insights that inform business development initiatives
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, developing a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling and attending industry events
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement business development strategies that support On Site Companies’ growth targets
- Drive sales efforts to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Work with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that convert leads into long-term customers
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in Salesforce, including lead generation, client interactions and sales performance
- Prepare regular reports to present to management to track progress and outcomes
- Represent On Site Companies at events that may produce present or future business, such as Builders Exchange events and any association meeting that may require the company’s services
- Solicit qualified bid/proposal opportunities while evaluating customer needs
- Field incoming sales calls, process orders, and work with other departments to solve customer’s needs
- Obtain, demonstrate, and maintain a present and future in-depth understanding of product and service knowledge, becoming the “go to” product knowledge expert for the company and the customer
- Various other duties as assigned or required
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Full understanding of the industry, as well as On Site Companies’ specific products and services
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes and business strategy
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong entrepreneurial skills
- Show creativity in suggestions to improve processes
- Conducts self in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner toward both internal and external customers
- Effective use of time management skills which ensures all assigned responsibilities are completed and followed up on in an efficient and safe manner
- Adheres to On Site Companies policies, procedures, and processes while promoting the company’s safety standards; does not take or allow inappropriate risks
Benefits & Compensation:
- $24 – 26/per hour
- Full benefits plan after 60 day waiting period
