On Site Companies is a market leader in temporary solutions. We have two primary departments, Sanitation and Climate Control. The Climate Control department focuses in supplying portable heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment as a temporary solution to our customers. We are growing and stable which is why we are adding new leadership opportunities to our team. The Climate Control Operations Manager will oversee the shop and inventory of all CC teams and all locations.
Job Requirements
- Budgeting and forecasting for the entire Climate Control Department for all 5 branches and locations
- Consistent contact with all equipment and supply vendors
- Creating a centralized equipment and supply ordering system. Focused on maximizing cost controls and ensuring consistency
- Overall functionality and organization of all company Climate Control Departments
- Consistent use and training in the company’s Fleet management software systems
- Responsibility to learn and become a qualified field technician to ensure a back up to the Field Manager
- Hire, Discipline, Reward and Develop all Climate Control Technicians
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain a DOT Med Card (part of pre-hire process)
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Communicate in basic English
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous Managerial experience of teams of 10 employees or more, or equivalent experience
- Previous inventory and purchasing experience required
- Ability to train and develop employees
