As a Customer Experience Coordinator, your focus is to create an exceptional customer experience by providing product and service solutions to prospective and existing customers.

Responsibilities:
- First call resolution
- Analyze customers’ needs to recommend products and services
- Provide customers with knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability
- Present solutions and then position the conversation forward in the sales process
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful problem resolutions
- Energetic and positive mindset with the customer’s solution always in mind
Skills:
- Self-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales goals
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Strong customer service externally and internally
- High level attention to detail
- Computer proficiency (Outlook, Salesforce software, Microsoft Office)
- Strong negotiation and team player mindset
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
- First call resolution mindset
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service or sales
- Strong problem-solving skills
