On Site Companies is a growing company with five locations, we are hiring for our St. Paul location, and we are actively hiring for a Dispatch Manager!
This person is responsible to ensure all delivery functions are performed efficiently.
You will lead a team to maintain all routes and ensure completeness, accuracy, and flow of all Technicians
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, mentor, and develop the dispatch and routing team
- Ensure the team is working on efficient route scheduling and scheduling work orders timely
- Ensure all driver notes via operating system are being followed up on and processed
- Partner with all branch operations managers to promote an effective and efficient work order completion
- Provide excellent customer service and help resolve customer issues timely
- Build and maintain internal customer service with all teams, including but not limited to Sales, Order Entry, and Operations
- Daily check in with all operations managers to discuss previous day activities and plan for the upcoming day
- Develop team communication styles that enhance cross-departmental communication and partnership
Skills:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bilingual is a plus (English / Spanish)
