Position Summary:
The Sanitation Technician – Luxury Trailer is responsible for ensuring all trailers are safely transported to the customer set and set up correctly for our customers. You are responsible for the transportation, set up, and take down of the trailers in the field as well as any field service repairs or maintenance. Safety and quality are a top standard for this program and exceeding our customer expectations.

What will you do in this role?
- Transport, setup, and/or takedown luxury trailers at customer sites
- Complete the trailer checklist and have customer sign off to receive delivery of the trailer
- Clean, sanitize, and service trailers, restrooms, sinks, showers, etc., at various work sites by following the Company’s servicing guidelines
- Restock paper products, hand sanitizer, soap, etc. in units being serviced
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on damaged/broken equipment or items within the trailers, including but not limited to: lights, flooring, heater, etc.
- Diagnose and/or repair basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry issues
- Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns in a timely manner
- Conduct daily pre-trip & post-trip vehicle inspection on vehicle and trailer & report deficiencies in Fleetio
What qualifications are required?
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18 years of age or older
- Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of using hand tools, power tools
- Ability to pull a trailer forward and backwards
- Ability to obtain a valid DOT medical card
