Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Standard office hours:  Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Summer weekend office hours (June 1st – October 1st):  Saturdays 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

In case of an emergency an on-call team member can be reached after hours by calling 1-800-210-8407.

Q: Do you offer portable toilet rental service to my area?
A: On Site Companies serves Minneapolis, St. Paul, Rochester, Mankato, St. Cloud MN and surrounding metropolitan areas as well as St. Louis, MO. Luxury portable bathroom trailers and shower trailers are available for nationwide delivery.

Q: How many portable restrooms do I need?
A: Monthly construction site rentals:  Each weekly serviced portable toilet can accommodate up to 10 workers (working a single 40-hour shift) ANSI Z4.3-2005.
Special event rentals:  Each unit can accommodate approximately 200 uses with 4 hours between uses before service is required. The Americans with Disability Act requires that 5% of all porta-potty rentals ordered be enhanced access, or a minimum of one per order. We offer Enhanced Access Toilets. Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/Discover/AmEx), electronic wire transfers, and checks (note: all special event check payments must be submitted two weeks prior to the rental date).

Q: Where can the portable restroom be placed?
A: All units should be placed on a level surface, no further than 20′ from a hard surface (so that our service trucks can access the portable restroom).

Q: What is your holiday schedule?
A: Portable restroom service schedules will be altered in observation of the following holidays:
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas
New Years Day

Services normally scheduled on these dates will be performed prior to or the day after the holiday. OnSite specializes in portable toilet event service – let us help you prepare for your holiday celebrations with a full line of portable sanitation solutions.

Q: When will my temporary sanitation rentals be delivered?
A: All rentals will be delivered the day you need it. Emergency same-day service can be arranged; please note additional delivery fees will apply.

Q: When will the rental units be picked up?
A: All rentals will be picked up within two business days after your event, unless otherwise specified.

Q: Can you deliver and pick-up on weekends?
A: Absolutely. Please consult your sales representative for additional fees and scheduling.

Q: Do you service RV’s, boats and trailers?
A: We have the capabilities of servicing most RV’s, boats and trailers. Please contact us to schedule a time to bring your boat or RV by our location, or we can schedule during the week with one of our service routes.

Luxury Restroom Trailers

Q: How do I reserve a luxury restroom trailer?
A: Call one of our Event Specialists and they will be happy to help you determine which Luxury Portable bathrooms will be the best fit for your event and then provide you with a quote. Upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit, we will reserve your trailer.

Q: What size restroom trailer should I order?
A: To determine the appropriate size trailer various factors must be taken into consideration:  number of guests, the ratio of men to women, duration of the event, and the amount of food and beverages being served. Please contact our Event Specialists who will help you determine the best solution for your special occasion.

Q: What is required for use of a luxury restroom trailer?
A: The restroom trailers must be installed on level ground within 100 feet of electricity (110V) to run the lighting, heat, air conditioning, stereo and the pressure pumps for water. Larger units require two or three separate 110 volt outlets while smaller units require one or two. Additionally, a standard water hose outlet is needed.

Q: What if I don’t have access to power and water for luxury restroom trailers?

A: For remote locations, a generator can be rented from OnSite to power the restroom trailer and a water tank can be provided for the necessary water requirements.

Q: How soon do I need to reserve a restroom trailer, shower trailer or standard restroom unit for my event? 
A: Our restroom and shower trailers are in high demand for the summer months of May – October. To ensure service for your event, it is recommended you reserve your OnSite sanitation rentals as soon as you know the dates of your event.

Q: If my event will span more than one day, will they be cleaned and serviced?
A: We are committed to providing you the highest level of service so that your restroom needs are not a concern during your event. We will work with you at the time of scheduling to determine the best maintenance schedule so as to not interrupt your festivities but still provide clean, working facilities.

Q. Can I pick up the restroom trailer or have someone else haul the trailer? 
A: No. It is OnSite’s policy that we use only our own trucks and employees to deliver and place our restroom trailers due to insurance requirements and liability.

Q. Do restroom trailers include heating and air conditioning units?
A: Yes. All trailers have either air conditioners and/or HVAC system.
